Trevor Rafferty

Get ready to hold your breath as Trevor Rafferty tears up the skies over Whitefield, New Hampshire at the Mount Washington Airshow 2025!

Trevor Rafferty is not just another airshow pilot — he's a self-made master of the skies. Growing up near Hamilton, Ontario, Trevor’s passion for aviation took root at an early age, flying in Piper Cubs and Aeronca Champs with his father. He worked his way from the ground up — literally — earning his pilot’s licenses while building a career in the steel industry, all to fuel his dream of competing against the world’s best.

Today, Trevor is a decorated international aerobatic competitor with a reputation for flying bold, aggressive, and impossibly precise routines. His high-energy performances combine extreme gyroscopic maneuvers, powerful vertical climbs, lightning-fast rolls, and jaw-dropping tumbles — the kind of no-holds-barred flying that leaves crowds gasping for air.

At Mount Washington, Trevor will be flying his hand-built, one-of-a-kind Pitts Model 12, a modern monster wrapped in vintage biplane charm. With a massive 400 horsepower under the hood and an ultra-light airframe, Trevor’s Pitts 12 can perform maneuvers that most factory-built planes wouldn’t even attempt. Every snap roll, hammerhead, and torque roll he flies is a full-throttle expression of handcrafted performance.

Trevor holds an unrestricted low-level waiver, meaning he'll be executing his most daring moves right where you can see them best — just a few hundred feet above the ground. His fearless flying style and his relentless pursuit of excellence have earned him top finishes in aerobatic competition circuits and admiration from fans and fellow pilots alike.

Don't miss Trevor Rafferty as he shatters the limits of what's possible in the sky at the Mount Washington Airshow 2025. This is raw, adrenaline-pumping aerobatics at its finest!
